If you're experienced with fitness then you can skip the overview videos and jump right into the workouts. You'll see me leading the workouts by example, with straightforward moves and no dialogue. Why don't Italk during the actual workouts? I'm working hard and would be too winded to say much! That's why Iput all the explanations in the overview videos. Ilike this because Ifind it annoying when other fitness videos make jokes and say phrases that Ithen have to hear over and over as Iredo the workout. It's nice at first but gets annoying very quickly. So for my videos Iseparated the talking from the actual exercise, eliminating this annoyance. Try the sample workouts and judge for yourself whether these will work for you.
All exercises are timed so you can pick the pace and intensity that will work best for you. Have fun and get fit!
