This course is perfect for the complete karate beginner that wants to get a taste for karate.

 In this course we cover the basics in Karate, like how to wear our uniform, and simple Japanese words we use in class.

We then go the basic blocks and strikes in Karate. There are four basic blocks that we practice, as well as one punch. This course includes instructional videos, that go through the proper technique for each move.

There are some live classes for you to follow along with. In these classes we will go through the same techniques. Each class has a warm-up,, stretch, as well as karate activities an exercises. The aim is for you to experience something new and have fun.

There is an 'End of Course' review, including a test, which consolidates what you've learnt during this course.

Once this course is completed, you should be able to perform all the basic blocks and strikes inn Karate. You should also be able to use a stance when performing your technique.

Some may be able to remember words in Japanese, and others may even learn the Student's Creed.

However, by the end of this course, everyone should feel fitter and confident, and have a better understanding about Karate.
